Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, orders, supply, and installation of fitted furniture by Advanced Interiors (“we”, “us”, “our”). By paying the deposit, you (“the Customer”) agree to these Terms and Conditions, which form a legally binding contract.
1. Quotations, Plans and Specifications
1.1 All quotations are based on the drawings, plans, and specifications included in your personalised quotation.
1.2 You confirm that you have carefully checked and approved all drawings, plans, and specifications prior to paying the deposit.
1.3 You acknowledge that only the units, materials, finishes, and accessories specified in the quotation and drawings will be supplied.
1.4 All drawings are illustrative and not to precise scale. We reserve the right to make reasonable amendments to dimensions, layouts, or specifications where necessary, provided such changes do not materially affect the overall design, functionality, or agreed outcome.
2. Deposit and Formation of Contract

2.2 Payment of the deposit:

-
Creates a legally binding contract between you and Advanced Interiors
2.3 Once the deposit is received and your order has been placed into production, we will begin manufacturing your bespoke goods.
3. Balance Payment

3.2 Practical completion means the works are substantially complete and fit for their intended use, subject only to minor snagging items which do not prevent normal use.
3.3 We reserve the right to request payment promptly upon practical completion of the works.
